4. Payment Terms

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for your project. Sunfish Brands retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place. All pre-existing tools, frameworks, and templates used remain the property of Sunfish Brands.

6. Revisions & Scope

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees. Significant scope changes will require a revised proposal and timeline.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information, business data, and project details as confidential. We will not share your proprietary information with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law or as necessary to deliver our services using trusted tools and platforms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sunfish Brands shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project in question.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice. In the event of termination, you will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date. Any materials or deliverables completed and paid for will be delivered to you.

10. Website Use

You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, its servers, or any connected systems. All content on this website is the property of Sunfish Brands and may not be reproduced without permission.

11. Changes to Terms
