What's the difference between a design file and a production file?
A design file is meant to look right on screen. A production file is built to your printer's or manufacturer's exact specifications, correct color mode, bleed, safe area, resolution and file format, so it runs without being kicked back or reprinted.
Can you convert a low-resolution logo into a scalable vector file?
Yes, raster-to-vector recreation is one of the most common requests here: a blurry or low-res logo becomes a clean, infinitely scalable AI, EPS or SVG file.
Do you work directly with printers, or just deliver files?
Both, depending on what you need. We can prepare files to your printer's stated specs, or coordinate directly with them on cutter guides, dielines and proofs.
What file formats do you deliver?
Typically AI, EPS, SVG and print-ready PDF, whichever format your printer or manufacturer requires.
