Laravel Client Portal & Admin Dashboard | B2B Supplier

The Challenge

A B2B supplier's buyers emailed the sales team for order status, invoices and pricing sheets. The team spent most of its day answering repeat questions, and requests were regularly lost in inboxes.

The Solution

We designed and built a Laravel client portal with a role-based admin dashboard, giving buyers self-service access to orders, documents and pricing instead of emailing the sales team.
